(Saba'a) 34 : 15

Surely, for the people of Saba’a, there was indeed a sign in their dwelling place, two gardens one on the right and the other on the left; eat from the provisions of your Lord, and you be thankful to Him, a wholesome land and oft forgiving Lord.

Saba’a (Sheba’s country) was the country situated in the place of Yemen. Their land was very fertile so there they constructed a dam and by irrigating from it they engaged in cultivation. On the right and left sides of the main road, there were two cultivations from which they got food and provisions lavishly, and thus they were living in good standard. “Wholesome land” means they were getting food abundantly from the two gardens. See explanation 7: 96; 71: 11-14.
